Cacao & Pistachio Chocolate Bark

Looking for a delicious, healthy gift for your sweetheart or yourself this Valentine’s Day? Try this antioxidant rich Cacao Recipe for Your Sweetheart. You can customize it and make your own homemade chocolate bark with a few simple steps. 8 oz dark chocolate bar (80% or higher cacao content is best)
2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
1/4 cup ground pistachios (substitute walnuts or almonds if you prefer)
1 tsp favorite spice or herb to customize your flavor, optional (cinnamon, cayenne or lavender are all nice)
Melt chocolate slowly on low heat. Prepare a cookie sheet with tin foil. When chocolate has melted, use spoon to pour entire contents onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cacao nibs and pistachios and spice. Alternately, use other toppings like walnuts, almonds, coconut, or pomegranate seeds.
Place in refrigerator for several hours until hardened. Break into chunks for bark. Enjoy with your sweetie.
