Are you sabotaging your success?

Have you ever noticed how…

*The busier you get, the more you pull back?

*The more success you start seeing, the more fear creeps in?

*The bigger the version of “You” starts to get, the more you want to run and hide?

You’re not alone. This is something that I see happen to most heart-based-preneurs who are starting to get really good at what they do.

Clients are calling. People are referring. Money is showing up in the bank.

And then suddenly….It stops. And it’s scary. The reason I know this is because this actually happened to me.

My coaching practice was getting really busy and it was almost full. I was feeling great about life and my work and helping others. I was in the flow. But then suddenly things started to reverse.

People stopped calling.
Clients stopped signing up.
Mo’ney stopped flowing.

While it would have been easy to blame some outside source, I realized that this was an “inner” issue. So I started to delve in and find out what was going on.

Here’s what I realized…

On a subconscious level, I was holding myself back.

I was literally sabotaging my own success.

While growing my business and having more clients was something I deeply wanted, there was a part of me
that was terrified. I was scared that success would mean less time with my family or having to figure out new things in my business that were outside my comfort zone or worse yet, having to be someone who I wasn’t.

So instead of growing, I held myself back. In some respects, it felt safer.

But it was a lie I was telling myself.

The lie was:

It was safer to play small.
It was safer to not help more people.
It was safer to put my dream on hold.

What I realized was that that this wasn’t an “Either-Or” choice.

It wasn’t,Either Grow a Successful Business or Have a Family.

It wasn’t, Either Help More People or Have More Time.

It wasn’t, Either Make More Mo’ney or Have More Freedom.

Just because I wanted to grow my business and help more people didn’t mean thatI had to give up the things I really cared about. In fact, I actually could have both! (And you can, too.)

When I figured out a way to “have it all”in a way that honored myself, my business and my clients, I realized I was on to something.

That’s why I’m writing this post. If this is resonating with where you are right now, then please keep reading.

If you’re at a point in your business where you want to go to the next level, but you’re afraid it might mean:

*Working harder

*Less time with your family

*Selling your soul

*Getting uncomfortable

*Or giving up on certain things in
exchange for other things….

Just know, this is a lie you’re telling yourself….It doesn’t have to be that way.

Come find out what I did to turn this around and create massive results and success while helping more people, having more time for myself and my family and so much more.

I don’t normally comment on blog posts. But I had to break my habit in this case (and do it more often) because it really hit home.

I found myself attracting so many opportunities at once only to “scare them away” because I felt overwhelmed or not ready. I simply wasn’t allowing what I asked for and was rightfully mine to come in.

Recently, I removed some of those blocks and have seen more positive activity. But, I’d like to bring my magic back now.

Anyway, thanks for your timely advice.
